When our clients approached us, they envisioned a home that embraced the clean lines and simplicity of Scandinavian design while offering a warm, inviting atmosphere for both everyday living and entertaining.
The result: the Scandi House — a bold yet understated residence designed around their lifestyle and aesthetic values.
Externally, the home presents a striking black façade with minimalist geometry, reflecting the client’s appreciation for strong visual contrasts and timeless materials. Inside, we created an open, light-filled living area where the kitchen, pantry, dining, and lounge spaces flow seamlessly under a vaulted ceiling. Generous glazing was a priority, maximizing natural light and framing outdoor views, while timber accents and subtle detailing bring texture and comfort to the interiors.
